Ohio Certified Home Inspections

Karl, Craig, and Cindy have been nothing short of amazing. We trusted them enough to do two home inspections for us, as we wanted to know as much as we could about the properties before buying one of the most important purchases of our life. They are thorough, responsive, and informative, and we can't recommend them enough.

We can’t recommend this inspection company enough! This was actually the second time we’ve used them. The first time was on a house we ultimately decided not to purchase, and again on the home we ended up buying. Both experiences were outstanding. (We loved them so much, we used them twice!) The inspectors were incredibly kind, professional, and patient. They took the time to explain everything they found in a way that was easy to understand, never making us feel rushed or overwhelmed. Their knowledge and attention to detail gave us complete confidence that we knew exactly what we were buying. Buying a home can be stressful, but having an inspection team that is honest, thorough, and genuinely invested in educating their clients made all the difference. If you’re looking for inspectors who are trustworthy, highly knowledgeable, and truly care about their customers, look no further. We would absolutely use them again and recommend them without hesitation!

Outstanding company, my inspection was very thorough and they went over every detail of the report with me. They use all the highest tech, thermal imaging, drone camera, and charge only $500 which seems like a good price. The portal they use to review all the inspection items makes it so easy to make sure all the important items are included in the repair request list. Family business is a plus too. I will certainly use them again if i buy another house.

I cannot recommend this company enough! They are incredibly thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. As a real estate agent, I trust them with all of my personal home inspections as well as inspections for my clients, which says a lot about the confidence I have in their work. They take the time to carefully inspect every aspect of a property, clearly explain their findings, and provide detailed reports that are easy to understand. Their attention to detail, honesty, and commitment to their clients truly set them apart. Not only are they excellent at what they do, but they are also friendly, reliable, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure buyers have the information they need to make informed decisions. If you're looking for a trustworthy home inspection company that delivers exceptional service every time, look no further. I will continue recommending them to all of my clients and using them for my own inspections in the future!

Craig & Karl were great! They were extremely thorough and fast. We even got our inspection report back the same day! They helped us to have peace of mind knowing what we are going into with our first home purchase. They explained everything in detail as well as being extremely patient with all of our questions. Extremely affordable too! Cindi was phenomenal and so nice. She took the time to explain the whole process as well as pricing/what’s included. She made us feel comfortable & confident knowing that we selected the right team. Will recommend them to everyone! Also love that this is a local family owned company.
